देव्याः क्रोधः शक्तिनिर्माणं च
Devī’s Wrath and the Manifestation of the Śaktis

Phạm Thiên (Brahmā) nói: “Được truyền lệnh như vậy, tất cả các Śakti ấy—lòng đầy phẫn nộ—liền sẵn sàng thực hiện sự hủy diệt đối với muôn loài, bắt đầu từ chư thiên.”
Brahma
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Cosmic Event: saṃhāra (destruction of devas and all orders as a narrative microcosm of cosmic withdrawal)
It highlights that cosmic events like saṃhāra (dissolution) operate under divine ordinance; even powerful Śaktis act as instruments of a higher will, reminding the seeker that egoic power is subordinate to the Supreme (Pati) and His order.
The verse underscores Shiva’s governance of creation and dissolution through Śakti. In Saguna worship—especially of the Liṅga—devotees contemplate the Lord as the stable axis beyond wrath and upheaval, the refuge when worlds and powers shift.
A practical takeaway is to steady the mind with japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) and cultivate śānti (inner peace), countering krodha (anger) through devotion and disciplined remembrance of Shiva.
