tā vā́ṃ gīrbhír vipanyávaḥ práyasvanto havāmahe | medhásātā saniṣyávaḥ ||

Translation

Chúng tôi khẩn thỉnh hai Đấng—những vị có thể đánh thức linh hồn—bằng lời ca linh hứng; xin mang đến động lực hiến cúng của chúng tôi. Hỡi những kẻ cầu đắc, nguyện chúng tôi chiến thắng nhờ trí tuệ rực sáng.
