Rama–Ravana Duel Intensifies; Ravana’s Heads Severed and Reappear
तदप्यशनिसङ्काशैश्छिन्नंरामस्यसायकैः ।एवमेवशतंछिन्नंशिरसांतुल्यवर्चसाम् ।।।।
tad apy aśani-saṅkāśaiś chinnaṃ rāmasya sāyakaiḥ | evam eva śataṃ chinnaṃ śirasāṃ tulya-varcasām ||
Cái đầu ấy cũng bị những mũi tên của Rāma—rực sáng như lôi đình của Indra—chém đứt; và cứ như thế, một trăm cái đầu, đồng một vẻ huy hoàng, đều bị chặt lìa.
Rama cut off the afore said head with Indra's thunderbolt like arrows. In that way equally charming a hundred heads were struck off.
Dharma’s defense can demand sustained effort against persistent adharma; righteousness is not merely intention but continued, disciplined action until harm is truly ended.
