pravarān rākṣasān hatvā nāma viśrāvya cātmanaḥ | ākulāṁ nagarīṁ kṛtvā vyathayitvā ca rāvaṇam | ardayitvā balaṁ ghōraṁ vaidēhīm abhivādya ca | ājagāma mahātējāḥ punar madhyēna sāgaram ||
Sau khi diệt các La-sát ưu tú, khiến danh tiếng của chính mình vang khắp; làm kinh thành rối loạn, khiến Rāvaṇa đau đớn vì bị nghiền nát đạo quân hung bạo; Đại Hùng Hanumān kính lễ Vaidehī rồi lại vượt qua giữa biển cả mà trở về.
The glorious Hanuman, having killed eminent ogres and thereby making himself widely known, having caused havoc to the city of Lanka and terrific sorrow to Ravana by tormenting the army, offered salutations to Vaidehi from mid-ocean and continued his journey.
Dharma as disciplined justice and truth-bearing: Hanumān uses force against aggressors to further a righteous cause, then returns to report—anchored in satya (truthful mission-completion).
After defeating key defenders and disrupting Laṅkā, Hanumān pays reverence to Sītā and begins his journey back across the ocean.
Kṛtajñatā and maryādā: despite battle and upheaval, he maintains reverence toward Sītā and stays within the mission’s moral boundaries.
