Rama’s Justification to Vali on Rājadharma

नयश्च विनयश्चोभौ यस्मिन्सत्यं च सुस्थितम्।विक्रमश्च यथा दृष्टस्स राजा देशकालवित्।।

Transliteration

nayaś ca vinayaś cobhau yasmin satyaṃ ca susthitam | vikramaś ca yathā dṛṣṭaḥ sa rājā deśakālavit ||

Translation

Vị vua ấy hội đủ cả naya (chính sách sáng suốt) và vinaya (kỷ cương tự chế); nơi Ngài, chân lý đứng vững kiên cố; dũng lực hiển bày rạng rỡ—bậc quân vương am tường thời và xứ, biết đúng lúc đúng nơi để hành động.
