विशालानगरीप्रवेशः

तराम सरितां श्रेष्ठां पुण्यां त्रिपथगां नदीम्।।1.45.6।।नौरेषा हि सुखास्तीर्णा ऋषीणां पुण्यकर्मणाम्।भगवन्तमिह प्राप्तं ज्ञात्वा त्वरितमागता।।1.45.7।।
tarāma saritāṃ śreṣṭhāṃ puṇyāṃ tripathagāṃ nadīm |
naur eṣā hi sukhāstīrṇā ṛṣīṇāṃ puṇyakarmaṇām |
bhagavantam iha prāptaṃ jñātvā tvaritam āgatā ||
Chúng ta hãy vượt qua sông Hằng—bậc tối thượng trong các dòng sông, thanh tịnh, chảy theo ba nẻo. Chiếc thuyền này đã được chuẩn bị êm thuận cho các bậc hiền sĩ có công hạnh; vừa hay biết Đức Tôn giả đã quang lâm nơi đây, liền vội vã đến ngay.
We will cross over Ganga, the best of rivers, the sacred river that flows in three directions.This boat of pious saints which is well laid-out has come here swiftly, having come to know that you, O Venerable one! have arrived".
