गुरूणां च नमस्कारं नित्यमेव समाचरेत् । हस्तपादे मुखे चैव पंचार्द्रो भोजनं चरेत्

gurūṇāṃ ca namaskāraṃ nityameva samācaret | hastapāde mukhe caiva paṃcārdro bhojanaṃ caret
