Narada (narrating tīrtha-māhātmya instructions)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
The verse links merit (puṇya) to two acts done correctly: worship of the triad of liṅgas and reverent tīrtha-darśana with prescribed worship, culminating in exalted heavenly enjoyment “like a deva.”
Bhakti here is expressed as disciplined reverence—performing liṅga-pūjā and honoring a sacred place with full worship (saṃpūjya) and proper method (vidhānataḥ), showing devotion through ordained practice.
The emphasis on vidhāna (rule-based procedure) reflects Kalpa/Vedāṅga—ritual organization and correct performance—applied to tīrtha worship and liṅga-pūjā.
