Narada (teaching within the Uttara-Bhaga’s Tirtha/Bhakti context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It states that unwavering devotional remembrance of Nārāyaṇa enables one to transcend the cycle marked by birth, death, and old age, culminating in attainment of Viṣṇu’s supreme abode (viṣṇoḥ padam).
Bhakti is expressed as continuous smaraṇa—steady, loving recollection of Nārāyaṇa—done ‘ataṃdritaḥ’ (without slackness). The verse presents devotion not as occasional ritual alone, but as sustained inner practice leading to liberation.
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught in this verse; the practical takeaway is sādhana-based: disciplined smṛti (remembrance) and vigilance (ataṃdritatā) as a daily devotional observance aligned with Purāṇic bhakti practice.
