Narada (narrating a tirtha-mahatmya episode; vocative 'subhage' indicates he is addressing a lady in the narrative)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It emphasizes a living tirtha-tradition: sacred places retain enduring signs (here, the roosters), and the purity of devotees is shown through continued reverential worship at the site.
Bhakti is expressed as humble honouring of what is connected to the sacred place; the 'śubhātmabhiḥ' (pure-hearted) worship indicates devotion grounded in reverence and faith in the tirtha’s sanctity.
No specific Vedanga (like Vyakarana or Jyotisha) is taught directly; the practical takeaway is ritual conduct (ācāra) in a tirtha—maintaining traditional forms of pūjā and respect for sacred markers.
