It teaches that mantra-practice becomes effective when the practitioner ritually empowers (puṭita) and internalizes the mantra through nyāsa, making the body-mind a fit locus for the deity-power of Gāyatrī and the root-mantra.
Although technical, it supports devotional practice by prescribing disciplined, reverent installation of sacred sound—treating Gāyatrī and the bīja as divine presences to be approached with order, purity, and focused remembrance.
It highlights Śikṣā (phonetics) and mantra-vidhi: the use of Mātrikā (letters) and sequential nyāsa as a technical method of correct sound-structure, empowerment, and ritual application.
