पञ्चषष्ट्यक्षरा मन्त्रा ज्ञेया वै शांतमानसाः । पञ्चषष्ट्यर्णमारभ्य नवनन्दाक्षरावधि ॥ ५३ ॥
pañcaṣaṣṭyakṣarā mantrā jñeyā vai śāṃtamānasāḥ | pañcaṣaṣṭyarṇamārabhya navanandākṣarāvadhi || 53 ||
Người có tâm an tịnh nên thấu hiểu các chân ngôn gồm sáu mươi lăm âm tiết—khởi từ mức đếm sáu mươi lăm và kéo dài đến chuẩn âm tiết gọi là “nava-nanda”.
