गङ्गामाहात्म्य — The Greatness of the Gaṅgā
जडोऽपि याति पूज्यत्वं सत्सङ्गाज्जगतीतले । कलामात्रोऽपि शीतांशुः शम्भुना स्वीकृतो यथा ॥ ८ ॥
jaḍo'pi yāti pūjyatvaṃ satsaṅgājjagatītale | kalāmātro'pi śītāṃśuḥ śambhunā svīkṛto yathā || 8 ||
Ngay cả người đần độn cũng trở nên đáng tôn kính trên cõi đời nhờ được gần gũi bậc hiền thiện—như vầng trăng tuy chỉ một phần nhỏ (kalā) vẫn được Śambhu (Śiva) tiếp nhận.
