त्याज्याः स्युस्तासु तिथिषु क्रमात्पंच च सर्वदा । अमावास्या च नवमी हित्वा विषमसज्ञिका ॥ १३९ ॥

Transliteration

tyājyāḥ syustāsu tithiṣu kramātpaṃca ca sarvadā | amāvāsyā ca navamī hitvā viṣamasajñikā || 139 ||

Translation

Trong các tithi ấy, có năm ngày liên tiếp luôn phải tránh. Và trừ ngày Amāvāsyā (không trăng) cùng ngày Navamī (mồng chín), những ngày còn lại được gọi là các tithi “bất quân” (viṣama), tức không cát tường.
