वत्सरादौ वसंतादौ बलिराज्ये तथैव च । पूर्वविद्धैव कर्तव्या प्रतिपत्सर्वदा बुधैः ॥ ६ ॥

Transliteration

vatsarādau vasaṃtādau balirājye tathaiva ca | pūrvaviddhaiva kartavyā pratipatsarvadā budhaiḥ || 6 ||

Translation

Vào đầu năm, vào đầu mùa xuân, và cũng vậy trong thời kỳ/việc hành lễ liên hệ đến Bali, người trí phải luôn cử hành Pratipat (tithi thứ nhất) theo lối “pūrvaviddhā”, tức lấy theo sự hiện hữu từ trước.
