कुरुक्षेत्रस्य तद्‌ द्वारं विश्रुतं भरतर्षभ । प्रदक्षिणमुपावृत्य तीर्थसेवी समाहित:

Transliteration

kurukṣetrasya tad dvāraṁ viśrutaṁ bharatarṣabha | pradakṣiṇam upāvṛtya tīrthasevī samāhitaḥ ||

Translation

Hỡi bậc tráng sĩ như bò mộng trong dòng Bharata! Đó là cổng vào nổi danh của Kurukṣetra. Người hành hương đến gần, rồi đi nhiễu quanh theo chiều phải cát tường; với tâm nguyện phụng sự bến thiêng, liền trở nên an định, thu nhiếp nội tâm.
