Keśinī’s Inquiry to Bāhuka and the Emotional Signs of Concealed Identity (केशिन्याः बाहुकपरीक्षा)
एकपत्राधिकं चात्र फलमेकं॑ च बाहुक । पञ्चकोट्यो<5थ पत्राणां द्ायोरपि च शाखयो:
ekapatrādhikaṃ cātra phalam ekaṃ ca bāhuka | pañcakoṭyo ’tha patrāṇāṃ dvayor api ca śākhayoḥ ||
Bṛhadaśva nói: “Ở đây, hỡi Bāhuka, có hơn một quả và hơn một lá. Quả thật, hai cành ấy cộng lại mang năm koṭi lá.” Lời ấy nêu bật sự quan sát tinh vi và phép tính chính xác—nhắc rằng trong bổn phận và quyết đoán, phải lưu tâm cả những sai khác nhỏ, vì chúng có thể bày ra thước đo chân thực của tình thế.
