Śiva Grants the Pāśupata Astra (Pāśupata-Śastra Upadeśa) | शिवेन पाशुपतास्त्रदानम्
ते भानुमन्ति चित्राणि शिखराणि महागिरे: । समास्थायार्जुनं तत्र ददृशुस्तपसान्वितम्
te bhānumanti citrāṇi śikharāṇi mahāgireḥ | samāsthāyārjunaṃ tatra dadṛśus tapasānvitam ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana nói: Khi đã lên tới những đỉnh núi lớn rực sáng, kỳ ảo và muôn vẻ, họ thấy Arjuna ở đó—vững bền, đầy đủ tapas (khổ hạnh, tự chế)—đang chuyên chú trong sự tu tập kỷ luật của mình.
