यद्येवैष्यति सायाह्वे यदि प्रातरथो निशि । यद्यर्थरात्रे भगवान् न मे कोपं करिष्यति,ये पूजनीय ब्राह्मण यदि सायंकाल आवें, प्रातःकाल पधारें अथवा रात या आधीरातमें भी दर्शन दें, ये कभी भी मेरे मनमें क्रोध उत्पन्न नहीं कर सकेंगे--मैं हर समय इनकी समुचित सेवाके लिये प्रस्तुत रहूँगी
yadyaivaiṣyati sāyāhve yadi prātaratho niśi | yadyartharātre bhagavān na me kopaṃ kariṣyati ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: “Dù vị brāhmaṇa đáng tôn kính ấy đến vào buổi chiều, buổi sáng, hay ngay trong đêm; dẫu bậc tôn quý ấy đến giữa nửa đêm, cũng không thể khơi dậy cơn giận trong ta. Bất cứ lúc nào, ta cũng sẵn sàng dâng sự phụng sự xứng đáng cho vị brāhmaṇa đáng được tôn thờ.”
