क्षत्र याति तथा स्वर्ग भुवि निग्रहपालनै: । सम्यक्‌ प्रणीतदण्डा हि कामद्वेषविवर्जिता: । अलुब्धा विगतक्रोधा: सतां यान्ति सलोकताम्‌

Transliteration

kṣatra yāti tathā svargaṁ bhuvi nigrahapālanaiḥ | samyak praṇītadaṇḍā hi kāmadveṣavivarjitāḥ | alubdhā vigatakrodhāḥ satāṁ yānti salokatām ||

Translation

Cũng vậy, kṣatriya đạt đến cõi trời nhờ biết kiềm chế và bảo hộ muôn dân trên mặt đất. Bởi những ai thi hành hình phạt cho đúng phép—không dục vọng, không oán ghét, không tham lam, đã dứt giận—sẽ đến chính cõi của bậc hiền thiện.
