Bhīmasena–Hanūmān Saṃvāda: The Tail Test and the Divine Path

तलप्रहारैरन्यांश्व॒ व्यहनत्‌ पाण्डवो बली । ते वध्यमाना भीमेन सिंहव्याप्रतरक्षव:

talaprahārair anyāṁś ca vyahanat pāṇḍavo balī | te vadhyamānā bhīmena siṁhavyāghratarakṣavaḥ ||

Vaiśampāyana nói: Người Pāṇḍava dũng mãnh còn quật ngã những kẻ khác bằng những cú đánh bằng lòng bàn tay. Khi Bhīma cứ tiếp tục hạ sát, những kẻ đối địch hung dữ như sư tử, hổ và gấu cũng bị quật ngã mặc cho sự dữ tợn của chúng—cho thấy sức mạnh thô bạo và cơn cuồng nộ săn mồi không thể đứng vững trước dũng khí có kỷ luật trong một chính nghĩa.
