सेयमापन्महाघोरा कुरुष्वेव समुत्थिता । उपेक्ष्यमाणा कौरव्य पृथिवीं घातयिष्यति
seyam āpanna-mahāghorā kuruṣv eva samutthitā | upekṣyamāṇā kauravya pṛthivīṃ ghātayiṣyati, kuruśreṣṭha |
Vaiśampāyana nói: “Tai ương ghê gớm này đã phát sinh ngay trong dòng Kuru. Nếu bị bỏ mặc, hỡi hậu duệ nhà Kuru—hỡi bậc ưu tú nhất trong các Kuru—nó sẽ gieo diệt vong lên toàn cõi địa cầu.”
