अभ्यभाषत दाशार्हों भीष्म शान्तनवं शनै: । पार्थिवीं समितिं द्रष्टमूषयो$भ्यागता नूप

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca | abhyabhāṣata dāśārho bhīṣma śāntanavaṃ śanaiḥ | pārthivīṃ samitiṃ draṣṭum ṛṣayo 'bhyāgatā nṛpa ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana nói: Đaśārha, đức Śrī Kṛṣṇa, khẽ thưa với Bhīṣma, con của Śāntanu: “Tâu bệ hạ, các bậc hiền triết đã đến để chiêm ngưỡng hội nghị của các vua chúa này.” Thấy các đại ẩn sĩ hiện diện giữa tầng không, Kṛṣṇa ngầm cho biết rằng ngay cả những cuộc nghị bàn chính trị và cuộc chiến đang cận kề cũng đang được chứng giám dưới một sự soi xét đạo đức và tâm linh cao cả.
