Sanatsujāta on the Imperceptible Eternal Light (यत्तच्छुक्रं महज्ज्योतिः)

Educational Q&A

Real knowledge is the direct realization of the Supreme Person (Puruṣa/Bhagavān). One who attains this realization becomes kṛtakṛtya—his human purpose is fulfilled and cannot be destroyed by worldly change.

In the Sanatsujātīya discourse within Udyoga Parva, Sanatsujāta instructs Dhṛtarāṣṭra on liberation and the highest good. Here he describes the realized great-souled person and affirms that yogins directly perceive the eternal Lord.
