प्रत्यक्ष तव राजेन्द्र राजसूये यथाभवत् । उनमेंसे एक-एकमें इतनी शक्ति है कि वे समस्त राजाओंका युद्धमें संहार कर सकते हैं। राजेन्द्र! राजसूय-यज्ञमें जैसा जो कुछ हुआ था, वह सब तुमने अपनी आँखों देखा था
pratyakṣaṁ tava rājendra rājasūye yathābhavat |
Bhīṣma nói: “Tâu Đại vương, chính ngài đã tận mắt chứng kiến, tại lễ tế Rājasūya, mọi việc đã diễn ra đúng như thế nào.” Trong mạch văn, Bhīṣma nhắc nhà vua rằng chân tướng về quyền lực, liên minh và hệ quả của chính sách vương quyền không phải lời đồn, mà là điều đã từng thấy bằng mắt—một lời cảnh tỉnh đạo lý: hãy lấy tiền lệ đã chứng kiến để xét đoán lựa chọn hiện tại.
