Ulūka’s Provocative Envoy-Speech in the Pāṇḍava Camp
Ulūka-dūta-vākya
हयानां च गजानां च राज्ञां चामिततेजसाम् । वैशसं समरे वृत्तं यत् तन्मे शूणु सर्वश:
hayānāṁ ca gajānāṁ ca rājñāṁ cāmitatejasām | vaiśasaṁ samare vṛttaṁ yat tan me śṛṇu sarvaśaḥ ||
Sañjaya nói: “Hãy nghe từ ta, trọn vẹn, bản tường thuật về cuộc tàn sát đã xảy ra nơi chiến địa—sự diệt vong của ngựa và voi, và của các bậc quân vương rực rỡ uy quang không thể lường—do chiến tranh gây nên.”
