धृतराष्ट्रस्य मूर्च्छा—व्यासोपदेशः

एवं ते वर्तमानस्य लोके कीर्तिर्भविष्यति । धर्मार्थ: सुमहांस्तात तप्तं स्याच्च तपश्चिरात्‌,तात! ऐसा बर्ताव करनेसे संसारमें तुम्हारी कीर्ति बढ़ेगी, महान्‌ धर्म और अर्थकी सिद्धि होगी तथा दीर्घ कालतक तपस्या करनेका तुम्हें फल प्राप्त होगा

Transliteration

evaṃ te vartamānasya loke kīrtir bhaviṣyati | dharmārthaḥ sumahāṃs tāta taptaṃ syāc ca tapaś cirāt ||

Translation

Này con, nếu con xử sự như thế, danh tiếng của con trong đời sẽ càng thêm rạng rỡ. Con sẽ đạt được thành tựu rất lớn về dharma và artha, và cũng sẽ thọ nhận quả báo của khổ hạnh đã tu trì lâu dài.
