Chapter 81: Trust, Allies, and the Qualifications of the King’s Artha-Secretary (अर्थसचिव)
इन्हें इनकी योग्यताके अनुरूप कर्मोमें पूरा अधिकार देकर लगा दिया जाय तो ये बड़े- बड़े कार्योंके साधनमें तत्पर हो राजाके लिये कल्याणकी वृद्धि कर सकते हैं ।।
ete karmāṇi kurvanti spardhamānā mithas sadā | anutiṣṭhanti caivārtham ācakṣāṇāḥ parasparam ||
Bhīṣma nói: “Những người ấy, khi được giao việc đúng theo năng lực riêng và được trao toàn quyền trong nhiệm vụ ấy, có thể trở thành công cụ hăng hái để hoàn thành những đại sự, nhờ đó làm tăng phúc lợi cho nhà vua. Bởi họ luôn làm việc trong sự ganh đua lẫn nhau, lại cùng nhau bàn bạc, tham vấn—để theo đuổi mục tiêu của vua, cùng suy xét cách đạt thành công trong việc tài sản và chính sách.”
