Daṇḍanīti and the King as the Cause of Yuga-Order (दण्डनीतिः राजधर्मश्च युगकारणत्वम्)
घोषान् न्यसेत मार्गेषु ग्रामानुत्थापयेदपि । प्रवेशयेच्च तान् सर्वान् शाखानगरकेष्वपि
ghoṣān nyaset mārgeṣu grāmān utthāpayet api | praveśayet ca tān sarvān śākhā-nagarakeṣv api ||
Bhīṣma nói: “Hãy cho dựng những lời cáo thị dọc các nẻo đường, thậm chí khiến các làng mạc cùng đứng dậy hành động, và đưa tất cả họ vào các thị trấn ngoại vi cùng những khu định cư phụ thuộc.”
