अहमप्यत्र वत्स्यामि गोमत्या: पुलिने शुभे | काल॑ परिमिताहारो यथोक्तं परिपालयन्,मैं भी यहाँ गोमतीके सुन्दर तटपर परिमित आहार करके तुम्हारे बताये हुए समयकी प्रतीक्षा करता हुआ निवास करूँगा
aham apy atra vatsyāmi gomatyaḥ puline śubhe | kāla-parimitāhāro yathoktaṃ paripālayan ||
Bà-la-môn nói: “Ta cũng sẽ ở lại đây, trên bờ cát tốt lành của sông Gomati. Tiết chế việc ăn uống theo thời khắc, ta sẽ giữ đúng như lời nàng đã dặn, chờ đến thời điểm đã định.”
