Nāga-āyatana-darśana-pratīkṣā — The Brāhmaṇa’s Request and Waiting on the Gomatī
सर्वाश्रमाभिगमन सर्वतीर्थावगाहनम् । न तथा फलदं चापि नारायणकथा यथा
sarvāśramābhigamanaṁ sarvatīrthāvagāhanam | na tathā phaladaṁ cāpi nārāyaṇakathā yathā ||
Vua Janamejaya nói: “Dẫu có đi thăm hết thảy các ẩn viện của các bậc hiền triết và tắm gội ở mọi bến thánh, cũng không cho quả báo sánh bằng thánh truyện về Nārāyaṇa. Việc nghe và kể chuyện về Đức Chúa vượt xa mọi cuộc hành hương bên ngoài về hiệu lực tâm linh.”
