अव्यक्त-गुण-पुरुषविवेकः | Avyakta, Guṇas, and Discrimination of Puruṣa

एकरात्रान्तराशित्वमेककालिक भोजनम्‌ । चतुर्थाष्टमकालश्नल पषछ्ठकालिक एव च

ekarātrāntarāśitvam ekakālikabhojanam | caturthāṣṭamakālaśnala ṣaṣṭhakālika eva ca ||

Vasiṣṭha nói: “Ông giữ kỷ luật ăn uống nghiêm ngặt—khi thì chỉ ăn sau khi đã cách một đêm, khi thì trọn một ngày một đêm chỉ dùng bữa một lần, khi khác lại ăn vào những canh giờ nhất định như canh thứ tư, thứ sáu hay thứ tám.”
