Livelihood, Virtuous Association, and Ethics of Giving

पर्यड्क इव विभ्राजन्नुपविष्टो बभूव ह | शैलराजसुता चास्य नित्य पाश्वे स्थिता बभौ

paryaṅka iva vibhrājann upaviṣṭo babhūva ha | śailarājasutā cāsya nitya pārśve sthitā babhau ||

Bhīṣma nói: Ngự tọa nơi ấy, Ngài rực sáng với vẻ huy hoàng phi thường, như thể đang an nghỉ trên một sàng đẹp. Và bên cạnh Ngài, luôn hiện diện, là ái nữ của vua núi—nữ thần Pārvatī—cũng tỏa rạng với ân quang vô song. Cảnh tượng ấy làm nổi bật uy nghi của Maheśvara và sự đồng hành cát tường, bền vững của Thánh Mẫu.
