श्रेयो-धर्मकर्मविचारः

ये तु च्युता: सिद्धलोकात् क्रमेण तेषां गति यान्ति तथा<<नुपूर्व्या जीवा: परे तद्धलतुल्यरूपा: स्वं स्वं विधि यान्ति विपर्ययेण
ye tu cyutāḥ siddhalokāt krameṇa teṣāṃ gatiṃ yānti tathānupūrvyāḥ | jīvāḥ pare taddhalatulyarūpāḥ svaṃ svaṃ vidhiṃ yānti viparyayeṇa ||
Bhishma nói: “Những ai đã rơi khỏi cõi Siddha thì theo đúng trật tự mà giáng xuống; và các hữu tình khác, nếu được trang bị kỷ luật tu tập tương đương, cũng lần lượt đi từ cõi này sang cõi khác, từng bước vươn lên, rốt cuộc đạt đúng lộ trình của các bậc Siddha ấy. Nhưng những kẻ không có sự chuẩn bị ấy—vì khuynh hướng trái nghịch—thì theo một quỹ đạo ngược lại mà đến các cảnh giới tương ứng của mình.”
