Inquiry into Śreyas, Dharma, and Karma
सो<स्मादथ भ्रश्यति कालयोगात् कृष्णे तले तिष्ठति सर्वकृष्टे । यथा त्वयं सिद्धाति जीवलोक- स्तत् तेडभिधास्याम्यसुरप्रवीर
so 'smād atha bhraśyati kālayogāt kṛṣṇe tale tiṣṭhati sarvakṛṣṭe | yathā tvayaṃ siddhāti jīvalokas tat te 'bhidhāsyāmy asurapravīra ||
Bhishma nói: Rồi theo vận hành của thời gian, một hữu tình sa sút—rơi xuống tầng tối tăm và thấp hèn nhất, như thể xuống một lớp địa giới, thọ sinh trong những dạng tồn tại suy đồi nhất. Và nay, hỡi dũng tướng bậc nhất trong hàng Asura, ta sẽ giảng cho ngươi cách thế nào thế giới hữu tình, mắc kẹt trong vòng thăng–trầm ấy, đạt được thành tựu chân thật—giải thoát.
