श्रेयो-धर्मकर्मविचारः
Inquiry into Śreyas, Dharma, and Karma
कृष्णस्य वर्णस्य गतिर्निकृष्टा स सज्जते नरके पच्यमान: । स्थानं तथा दुर्गतिभिस्तु तस्य प्रजाविसर्गान् सुबहून् वदन्ति
kṛṣṇasya varṇasya gatir nikṛṣṭā sa sajjate narake pacyamānaḥ | sthānaṃ tathā durgatibhis tu tasya prajāvisargān subahūn vadanti ||
Bhīṣma nói: “Vận mệnh của kẻ mang ‘sắc đen’ được mô tả là thấp hèn. Vì đắm nhiễm những hành vi bị cấm, dẫn đến địa ngục, nên hắn bị ‘nấu chín’ trong lửa địa ngục. Các bậc hiền triết nói rằng chỗ ở của hắn thuộc về những kẻ gặp ác chung, và hắn lưu lại đó qua nhiều chu kỳ tạo hóa—bởi bị thúc đẩy bởi lối sống tà vạy, hắn cứ lặp đi lặp lại việc tạo tội.”
