वैमनस्यं च विषये यान्त्यस्य करणानि च । तस्मात् तन्मात्रमादद्याद् यावदत्र प्रयोजनम्
Translation
Bhishma nói: Nhờ vậy, các căn của người tu cũng trở nên chán lìa đối với các đối tượng dục lạc. Vì thế, chỉ nên thọ nhận lượng thức ăn vừa đủ để gìn giữ mạng sống.
