विधिज्ञेभ्यो द्विजातिभ्यो ग्राह्ममन्नं विशिष्यते | आहारनियमेनास्य पाप्मा शाम्यति राजस:
Translation
Bhishma nói: Thức ăn đáng thọ nhận hơn cả là thức ăn nhận từ các dvija am tường nghi lễ Veda và sống đúng theo Veda. Ăn thứ ấy theo điều độ và quy củ thì tội lỗi phát sinh từ rajas sẽ lắng dịu.
