भार्या हि परमो हार्थ: पुरुषस्येह पठ्यते | असहायस्य लोके<स्मिंललोकयात्रासहायिनी
bhāryā hi paramo hārthaḥ puruṣasyeha paṭhyate | asahāyasya loke 'smin lokayātrāsahāyinī ||
Bhishma nói: “Trong đời này, người ta tuyên rằng của cải cao quý nhất của người đàn ông chính là người vợ. Dẫu kẻ không nơi nương tựa, nàng vẫn là người giúp cho cuộc hành trình đời sống ở thế gian này được tiếp tục.”
