Dasyu-maryādā and Buddhi-guided Rāja-nīti (दस्युमर्यादा तथा बुद्धिप्रधान-राजनीति)
गृहं क्षेत्राणि मित्राणि स्वदेश इति चापरे । इत्येवमवसीदन्ति नरा बुद्धिविपर्यये
gṛhaṁ kṣetrāṇi mitrāṇi svadeśa iti cāpare | ityevam avasīdanti narā buddhiviparyaye ||
Brahmadatta nói: “Có kẻ chỉ nghĩ ‘nhà ta, ruộng ta, bạn ta, quê hương ta’. Khi trí tuệ bị đảo lộn và méo mó, con người chìm vào u sầu—bị đè nặng bởi những mối lo chiếm hữu như thế, nên cứ mãi bất hạnh.”
