Dasyu-maryādā and Buddhi-guided Rāja-nīti (दस्युमर्यादा तथा बुद्धिप्रधान-राजनीति)
सर्वत्र रमते प्राज्ञ: सर्वत्र च विराजते | न विभीषयते कश्रचिद् भीषितो न बिभेति च
sarvatra ramate prājñaḥ sarvatra ca virājate | na vibhīṣayate kaścid bhīṣito na bibheti ca ||
Brahmadatta nói: Người trí tìm được sự an nhiên ở khắp mọi nơi và tỏa sáng bằng phẩm giá trong mọi cảnh ngộ. Không ai có thể thật sự uy hiếp được người ấy; và dù bị đe dọa, người ấy cũng không khuất phục trước nỗi sợ. Ý nghĩa đạo đức là: sự vững chãi nội tâm sinh từ trí tuệ khiến con người vô úy và không lay chuyển giữa những đổi thay của đời.
