गन्धतैलावसिक्ताभि: काउचनीभि: सहसत्रश: | दीपिकाभि: कृतोद्योतं पश्यते वै वृषं तदा,उस समय सुगन्धित तेलसे भरे हुए सहस्रों सोनेके दीपक जलाकर प्रकाश किया गया था। उसी उजालेमें वे धर्मात्मा कर्णको देख रहे थे
Transliteration
gandhatailāvasiktābhiḥ kāñcanībhiḥ sahasraśaḥ | dīpikābhiḥ kṛtodyotaṃ paśyate vai vṛṣaṃ tadā ||
Translation
Bấy giờ, người ta thắp lên hàng nghìn ngọn đèn vàng đổ đầy dầu thơm, khiến nơi ấy rực sáng; trong ánh quang ấy, họ nhìn thấy Vṛṣa (Karṇa), vị anh hùng có tâm hồn thuận theo dharma.
