तमद्य निशितैर्बाणैविनिहत्य नरर्षभ । यथाप्रतिज्ञं पार्थ त्वं कृत्वा कीर्तिमवाप्रुहि
tam adya niśitair bāṇair vinihatya nararṣabha | yathā-pratijñaṃ pārtha tvaṃ kṛtvā kīrtim avāpruhi ||
Sañjaya nói: “Hỡi bậc trượng phu kiệt xuất, hôm nay hãy dùng những mũi tên sắc bén mà hạ sát hắn. Hỡi Pārtha, hãy hoàn thành lời thệ nguyện như đã hứa để giành lấy danh tiếng bền lâu.”
