एवमुक्त्वा पुन: प्रायाद्‌ द्रष्टमिच्छन्‌ युधिष्ठिरम्‌ । श्रमेण ग्राहयिष्यंश्व युद्धे कर्ण विशाम्पते,प्रजानाथ! ऐसा कहकर वे पुनः युधिष्ठिरसे मिलनेकी इच्छासे तथा कर्णको युद्धमें अधिक थकावट प्राप्त करानेके लिये वहाँसे चल दिये

evam uktvā punaḥ prāyād draṣṭum icchan yudhiṣṭhiram | śrameṇa grāhayiṣyaṃś ca yuddhe karṇaṃ viśāṃpate ||

Sañjaya nói: Nói xong, người lại lên đường, mong được gặp Yudhiṣṭhira; và với ý định làm Karṇa thêm mỏi mệt trong cuộc giao tranh, hỡi bậc chúa của muôn dân, người rời khỏi nơi ấy.
