कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
तमनब्रुवन् देवगणा यं भवान् संनियोक्ष्यते । स भविष्यति देवेश सारथिस्ते न संशय:,यह सुनकर देवताओंने उनसे कहा--'देवेश! आप जिसको इस कार्यमें नियुक्त करेंगे, वही आपका सारथि होगा, इसमें संशय नहीं है”
tam anabruvan devagaṇā yaṃ bhavān saṃniyokṣyate | sa bhaviṣyati deveśa sārathis te na saṃśayaḥ ||
Nghe vậy, chư thiên đồng thanh thưa: “Ôi Đấng Chúa Tể của chư thiên! Bất cứ ai Ngài bổ nhiệm cho việc này, người ấy ắt sẽ trở thành người đánh xe của Ngài; điều ấy không còn nghi ngờ gì.”
