अध्याय ८० — मध्यंदिन-रणवृत्तान्तः

स तै: परिवृतः पार्थो भ्रातृभि: कृतनिश्चयैः । प्रजासंहरणे सूर्य: क्रूरैरिव महाग्रहै:
sa taiḥ parivṛtaḥ pārtho bhrātṛbhiḥ kṛtaniścayaiḥ | prajāsaṃharaṇe sūryaḥ krūrair iva mahāgrahaiḥ ||
Sañjaya nói: Thế rồi con của Pṛthā bị các anh em vây quanh, những kẻ đã quyết chí—như Mặt Trời vào thời tận diệt thế gian bị các hành tinh lớn, hung bạo, bao bọc tứ phía.
