अध्याय ८० — मध्यंदिन-रणवृत्तान्तः
Yudhiṣṭhira–Śrutāyu encounter; Cekitāna–Gautama clash; Abhimanyu pressure; Arjuna’s redeployment
सम्प्राप्य मध्यं सैन्यस्थ न भी: पाण्डवमाविशत् । यथा देवासूुरे युद्धे महेन्द्रं प्राप्प दानवान्
saṃprāpya madhyaṃ sainyastha na bhīḥ pāṇḍavam āviśat | yathā devāsure yuddhe mahendraṃ prāpya dānavān ||
Sañjaya nói: Dẫu đã tới tận giữa quân, nỗi sợ vẫn không hề xâm nhập vào con của Pāṇḍu (Bhīmasena). Như trong cuộc chiến giữa chư thiên và asura, khi quân Dānava xông vào giao chiến với Mahendra (Indra), thì nỗi sợ cũng chẳng chạm đến chúa tể chư thiên.
