ततस्ते जातसंरम्भा: परस्परकृतागस: । अन्योन्यस्यर्धया राजन्‌ व्यायच्छन्त महारथा:

Transliteration

tataste jātasaṁrambhāḥ parasparakṛtāgasaḥ | anyonyasyārdhayā rājan vyāyacchanta mahārathāḥ ||

Translation

Sañjaya nói: Rồi những đại chiến xa ấy, cơn giận bừng dậy, nhớ lại những điều sai trái họ từng gây cho nhau. Tâu Đại vương, bị thúc đẩy bởi lòng ganh đua, họ dốc sức đặc biệt trên chiến địa, ai nấy đều mưu cầu chiến thắng.
