यः शक्तः समरे भीष्म॑ प्रतियोद्धुमिहाहवे । ऋते त्वां पुरुषव्याप्र सत्यमेतद् ब्रवीमि ते
yaḥ śaktaḥ samare bhīṣma pratīyoddhum ihāhave | ṛte tvāṃ puruṣavyāghra satyam etad bravīmi te ||
Sañjaya nói: “Trong trận chiến này, ngay trên chiến địa này, ai có thể đứng ra giao đấu với Bhīṣma—ngoài ngươi? Hỡi bậc hùng dũng như hổ giữa loài người, ta nói với ngươi điều ấy là sự thật.”
