Multiple Defensive Engagements to Protect Bhīṣma
एकी भूतास्तत: सर्वे कुरव: सह पाण्डवै: । अयुध्यन्त महाराज मध्यं प्राप्ते दिवाकरे,महाराज! तत्पश्चात् समस्त कौरव एकत्र संगठित होकर दोपहर होते-होते पाण्डवोंके साथ घोर युद्ध करने लगे
ekībhūtās tataḥ sarve kuravaḥ saha pāṇḍavaiḥ | ayudhyanta mahārāja madhyaṁ prāpte divākare ||
Sañjaya thưa: “Rồi, tâu Đại vương, toàn thể quân Kuru tụ lại thành một khối chặt chẽ cùng với quân Pāṇḍava, và giao chiến dữ dội khi mặt trời đã lên đến chính ngọ.”
